Orders placed before 12:00pm PST on a business day will be retrieved the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm PST or on weekends or holidays will be retrieved the next business day. Orders are processed and filled in the order that they are received.

Green Valley Aromatherapy will confirm that the order can be filled without delay, then obtain payment and proceed to fill, package and ship your order. This process is often completed on the same day, but may take up to 3 business days.

When your order has been shipped we will send you an email advising you that it has been shipped.
