Aromatherapy Birthing Blend
- 3 Drops of Clary Sage essential oil
- 3 Drops of Lavender essential oil
- 3 Drops of Lemon essential oil
- 3 Drops of Rose essential oil
Add to 30ml of carrier oil and use to massage the hands, feet, legs and shoulders.
