Sports Splash Aromatherapy Blend

Essential oil recipe to invigorate after sports

2 drops Vanilla essenial oil
2 drops Lime essenial oil
4 drops Bergamot essenial oil
30ml Witch Hazel hydrosol
30ml Aloe Vera liquid
3 drops Vitamin E oil

Combine all ingredients in a 60ml spray bottle and shake well. Use after shaving or to cool the skin after sports or on a hot summer day.
