When will I receive my aromatherapy order?

Your aromatherapy order should arrive 6-15 business days after you place it if you are in Canada or the United States, 12-30 business days if you are overseas. Many customers are surpised at how quickly their order arrives as it can take as little as 3-5 days.

At times there are shipping delays due to holidays, customs or the border. If you have not received your parcel three weeks from the time you place your order, please email us and we will trace your parcel for you.
