Facial Steam

Float one drop of each essential oil (Grapefruit essential oil and Palmarosa essential oil) on to a glass bowl of freshly boiled water. Tent your head over the bowl with a large towel and allow your freshly cleansed face to steam for 10-15 minutes.

Grapefruit essential oil is antiseptic and astringent and Palmarosa essential oil is a sebum balancer that helps to stimulate cellular regeneration.
