Handy Measurement Charts
- 20-25 drops is approximately 1 ml.
- 2ml is approximately 1/16 oz.
- 5ml is approximately 1/4 oz.
- 10ml is approximately 1/3 oz.
- 15ml is approximately 1/2 oz.
- 30ml is approximately 1 oz.
- 60ml is approximately 2 oz.
- 120ml is approximately 4 oz.
- 250ml is approximately 8 1/2 oz.
- 1 Litre is approximately 34 oz. or 1/4 gallon.
Dilution of Essential Oil in Carrier Oil
- Children and Elderly: 9 drops to 30ml
- Sensitive skin: 18 drops to 30ml
- Healthy adult with no allergies or sensitivities: 27 drops to 30ml

- Localized treatment ONLY.
MAXIMUM AMOUNTS: 36 drops to 30ml
These measurements have been calculated for body massages, with the exception of
the 4% dilution, this is only for treatment of specific areas of the body.
