When will I receive my aromatherapy order?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We use Canada Post for the majority of our shipments. As soon as your order has been processed and is ready for pickup by Canada Post, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Your aromatherapy order should arrive 2-15 business days after you place it if you are in Canada or the United States, 6-30 business days if you are overseas. Many customers are surprised at how quickly their order arrives as it can take as little as 1-5 days. Please call us if you would like a more accurate delivery time estimate to your location.

At times there are shipping delays due to holidays, customs or the border. If you have not received your parcel three weeks from the time you place your order, please call or email us and we will trace your parcel for you.
